AcroYoga Therapeutics: An Experience of Body and Sound
Novber 13th, 2010

TJoin us for a truly sublime treat, a sumptuous AcroYoga Therapeutic practice to the music of live singing crystal bowls.

AcroYoga is a holistic practice that combines the traditions of yoga and Thai massage with graceful partner acrobatics. When these disciplines are performed in harmonious balance the somatic benefits of the practice become much more apparent, deep down to the cellular level of the body.

Jeremy will guide you through partner asana, therapeutic flying and Thai massage to the tune of Sam playing the crystal bowls. We will teach healing techniques to give and receive supportive touch, easing one another into states of relaxation and bliss. There will be time to assimilate what you've learned and create your own therapeutic flying sequence and thai massage 'leg love'. All culminating in a group savasana pose, where we will be bathed in a sea of vibrational love created by the bowls.

As each of our cells resonate with the tones of the singing crystal bowls, a common field of mindful movement manifests through the healing vibration. We will co-create a sacred space as a community devoted to love, light and flight.

All levels are welcome, some experience with AcroYoga recommended. No partner necesssary. acroyoga.org
